Drywall texture and primer paint is done

 Now we just need to paint the ceiling, walls, trim and doors.  Install the trim.  Wire the plugs and lights.  Install the toilet and sinks.    And it should be done

New outdoor lights

 We wanted bigger lamps for the front of the shop.  The first set we bought were bigger than what we had so we decided to replace the ones in the front of the house with them and got bigger ones for the shop.

Added insulation to the outer walls

 We were going to insulate the ceiling and other walls but decide on just doing the walls against the foundation.

Basement Progress

 Ripped out the lath and plaster in the stairwell and added a LED light.  Got the wiring done.  Just had to move the CCTV DVR and internet to the office closet.

Moved the vent duct into the room. 

Library coming together

 We put movie posters on the walls in the library.  Starting to put the books back 

Started Electrical wiring of the basement

 wiring started.   

New Stainless Steel appliances

 We got a new dishwasher, Range, and refrigerator.   We found the same make/model microwave in stainless on FB Marketplace.   Now all our kitchen appliances are now stainless.

Rough plumbing in basement

 

We had the plumbers add the sewer line, drains, and water for the toilet and sinks.
